“How much does Keap cost?” is a question that we’ve all had when we started with Keap. This page is divided into two main sections: 1) an introduction to Keap pricing and plans and 2) available discounts. (Yes, there are some!)

Introduction

Keap is a market-leading CRM platform for small businesses and comes with powerful marketing automation and e-commerce features. As small business owners like you want to get the most bang for their bucks, Keap has introduced three different tiers to meet the particular needs for single entrepreneurs, growing businesses, and established SMEs.

Different tiers do not only mean a different number of features; rather, also the pricing for the different Keap plans can differ from one to another. Without going further into detail about the different features, which is not the intended purpose of this article, let’s take a closer look at Keap pricing and how that is structured.

Keap Pricing and Plans

How Keap pricing works

Keap pricing depends on up to six different factors, which ultimately ensure that you only pay as much as you actually need at any given time. If you’re a solopreneur or someone with minimal needs that is just starting out, you’ll pay the lowest fee. If you’re already an established business, you’ll pay incrementally more depending on your actual usage. The five factors are:

  1. Your Keap plan or tier: Keap currently offers three different plans to meet your needs: Keap Pro, Keap Max, and Keap Max Classic (fka Infusionsoft). The base plan ranges from somewhere between $129 and $249 per month in the United States.
  2. Number of users: As your team grows, which needs access to Keap, you’ll need to purchase additional user licenses. Those currently cost $29 per month.
  3. Number of contacts: As your number of contacts (leads, clients, vendors, etc.) grows, you’ll need to purchase additional contact plans. No reason to fear though: the more contacts you have, the less you will pay per contact.
  4. Payment plan: You can save 20% by choosing to pay annually instead of monthly.
  5. Your region: Depending on the country your company is registered in, Keap pricing may slightly differ.
  6. Text messages and phone line (available only in the USA and Canada): Additional text messages cost $0.04/marketable message after exceeding free monthly messages. This point is not applicable to Keap Max Classic users.


Aside from these recurring fees, you’ll also have a $499 onboarding fee if you purchase the app directly on the Keap website.

Keap Discounts & Partner Incentives

Keap Certified Partners have different options to offer discounts or incentive packages to new customers that have not signed up to Keap yet. If you already use Keap, there are no further discounts available, although a partner might be able to provide additional value to you in other ways. You can read below what that could look like.

Aside from the below-mentioned discounts, all current and new Keap customers that opt in to annual payment automatically receive a 20% discount.

What Keap discount are available?

Keap Certified Partners are able to create temporary discounts for all new apps that they sell. As such, you may be able to find better rates going through a partner than purchasing Keap directly on their website. The discounts available to partners are controlled by Keap, for which reason they can change without any further notice. Some current discounts that are available right now are:

Keap Pro Discounts

Includes 2 users and 2,500 contacts in your base plan.

Keap Max Discounts

Includes 3 users and 5,000 contacts in your base plan.

Max Classic Discounts

Includes 3 users and 5,000 contacts in your base plan.

Get Keap Max Classic (Infusionsoft):

3 months with a 50% discount

5 months with a 30% discount

These discounts do not only include the temporary discount on your monthly Keap fee. Rather, purchasing a Keap plan with a Keap partner discount also means that your base plan will usually include more contacts and users than purchasing through Keap itself. These additional contacts and users are not temporary in nature, meaning you will have those included in your plan for life. What other incentives can a Keap Certified Partner include for new clients?

Keap Certified Partners are independent, licensed contractors from Keap. For this reason, they cannot only pass on any potential discount that Keap gives them for new app sales. These additional incentives can include a free training session, pre-installed marketing automation campaigns, and more.
